The seat occupancy mat is defective and the airbag warning light is on?

The device simulates a permanently occupied passenger seat for the airbag control system. This means that the passenger airbag will ALWAYS deploy in the event of a crash, even if no one is sitting in the seat.

This module can also be installed after seat conversions, such as sports seats from Recaro, König or Sparco, which do not have a seat occupancy.
